Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. (typically shipped within 2 business days).

• You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

I currently ship using USPS.

• Standard Shipping: USPS Ground
• Expedited Shipping: Expedited options available upon request (additional cost)

Please note this is an estimate—actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

At this time, I only ship to the United States.

If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact me directly to discuss international shipping options.

Insurance & Tracking

All orders include tracking and shipping insurance on orders up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so I can assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your package appears lost:

1. Check with your local post office or delivery carrier first.
2. If still unresolved, contact me at abbyknauffart@gmail.com with your order number, and I’ll help look into it.
